I-90: I-290 Interchange

Let's remove the parking lot of Interstate 90!

In this Webeo, I propose a modification of the existing cloverleaf interchange between Interstate 90 and Interstate 290 in northwestern Cook County, Illinois. Essentially, the bulk of the interchange is a cloverstack, which will eliminate weaving on the highly used ramps of the interchange. A basketweave immediately north on Illinois Highway 53 will connect to Algonquin road and its many business complexes. The primary goal for this interchange is to reduce congestion in both NW Chicago traffic and O'Hare Airport traffic.
