Interstate 90 Electronic Tolls

 

Why waste your time waiting for tolls on Interstate 90?

In this Webeo, I depict four particular "choke points" on the Massachusetts Turnpike that occur near the existing toll booths. Two reasons for this are the cash payers and the fact that Massachusetts uses Citizen's Bank Fast Lane and not Easy Pass. One easy way to remove these choke points is to utilise all electronic toll gantries at these locations. The gantries will allow for 45mph speed through, vastly reducing traffic slowdown on Interstate 90 in Massachusetts.
