New York to Philadelphia High Speed Rail
19 December, 2014
Part two of my North East High Speed Master Plan takes us from the Big Apple to Philadelphia! With a top speed of 350 km/h. New York and Philadelphia are the two largest cities on the east coast, so this section of high speed rail is crucial. Why brave the ageing and congested New Jersey turnpike and Lincoln Tunnel when the journey can be completed in only 38 minutes under this proposal. The regional service will stop at Newark and Trenton to provide more far-reaching economic boosts.
Yes, if you want to know, direct, one stop service from Boston to Philadelphia (Stop at New York) will exist, connecting the vast reaches of the North East as a whole.
