Zip past the Garden State Parkway Traffic!

In this Webeo, I propose another "Perimeter Metro" system connecting the various urban centres of Northern New Jersey to each other, eliminating inter-suburb connection in the region. Since there is currently no railway line connecting Central and North Jersey, all traffic is forced onto highways, which easily get congested throughout the day. This line will reduce the traffic, and also increase economic values of all regions being affected. It will be the FIRST railway line to directly connect Newark, Paterson, and Hackensack without a transfer.
