WMATA Silver Line Northern Alignment

A new metro alignment serving outer-central DC!
In this WEBEO, I plan out a possible extension to the Silver Line that would bring it north of the overcrowded segment occupied by the Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines. The segment of track from Rosslyn to central DC is choked with both trains and riders, and the nature of the line limits the amount of trains per hour that can be run. So, what I am proposing is a new 10 km alignment taking trains further north through Georgetown, DuPont Circle, Union Station, and then east across the Capitol to the Navy Yard, effectively serving somewhat as a perimeter metro as well, in that reaching one's final destination will be a lot easier with the new line.
In addition, Rosslyn station will have to be reconfigured to have four tracks as this is vital to allow both the new and old trunk lines through DC to operate at their full capacity. However, all three lines will still serve Rosslyn.
Stations: Rosslyn, Georgetown University, Georgetown, West End, DuPont Circle, Logan Circle, Mount Vernon Square, Massachusetts Avenue, Union Station, Capitol, Capitol South, Navy Yard.
