Tappan Zee Bus Rapid Transit

The New Tappan Zee Bridge gets mass transit onboard!
In this WEBEO, I speculate the possibilities of a bus rapid transit (BRT) system along Interstate 287 from Rockland County to Stamford, CT. I chose a BRT route instead of a train because the hilly terrain severely increases the cost of a new railway line, and that any city bus can use the new busway along the median of 287, and connect to local communities through feeder routes. This line is vital to decongest Interstates 287 and 95 and provide an east-west transit option through the northern New York Metropolitan Area.
